Refunds

We sincerely hope that you love and enjoy each course that you enroll in as your artistic growth is our priority. If you purchase a course from us that you don't absolutely love, you may request a refund for it within 24 (twenty four) hours from the time of purchase. We cannot accept refund requests more than 24 (twenty four) hours after you purchase a course, due to the nature of it being a digital product.

If your purchase has not reached your expectations, you may request a refund via email [email protected] and we will begin processing your request. It is important that you provide us with the following:

  • The email connected to your My Modern Met Academy profile. 
  • The Order ID you would like to get a refund from. 
  • The reason why you are requesting a refund from this course. 
  • Less than 50% of the course must be viewed to qualify for a refund. 

This will ensure that we process your request as quickly as possible, without delays or errors. 

Please take into account the following information, depending on the payment method used:

Purchases made through the website—Credit/Debit Card or via PayPal

This refund will be made to the same credit or debit card that you used to complete your purchase, or to the PayPal account that you used to complete your purchase, and will receive an email notification. 

Please remember that this may take several days to be reflected in your account, depending on the time your bank takes to handle payments. 

We would like to remind you that you may also request to change courses, within the 24 (twenty four) hour  time period and less than 50% viewed, as mentioned above. We limit one change per student. If your course has not reached your expectations, you can request a change in course via email [email protected].
