Meet your instructor Luiza. Contemporary Painter.
Luiza Niechoda is a full-time artist based in Warsaw, Poland. She made a career shift from marketing to painting in 2018. Her degree in geodesy and cartography greatly influences her painting style, which is rooted in realism but increasingly incorporates elements of hard-edged geometric abstraction, pointing towards a more abstract future direction. Through her carefully selected limited range of hues and tones, Luiza creates a harmonious and cohesive visual language that enhances the emotional impact of her work, conveying a sense of mood and atmosphere that goes beyond the subject matter of her paintings. Luiza's art has gained a strong following, with many of her paintings selling out within minutes of their release.
I created this course to share my passion for color and form with others.
I want to show you how to generate a rich array of hues using only a few colors so you can create captivating paintings with depth and dimension. Those interested in geometric abstraction and pixelation will learn multiple different techniques for creating precise and sharp lines.
Additionally, I'll provide insights on how to seamlessly tie a bunch of random lines together into a cohesive scene. My ultimate goal is to inspire novice painters to create while offering experienced artists fresh techniques to enhance their work.

During the class, Luiza will go over all the tools you need and you will be able to download a supplies list. However, here are some of the essentials that she recommends:
● 40x40cm (16x16”) raw/exposed linen canvas (normal white canvas will work too, or you can stretch your own linen canvas following lessons in the course.
● 40x30cm (16x12”) canvas (any material/finish)
● Any green acrylic paint
● Any blue acrylic paint
● Angled and bright brushes in different sizes
